How much advance do we need to pay?
A booking amount of 20% locks your date. The rest is paid in 2–3 instalments linked to milestones, with the last one a week before the event.
Is GST included in these prices?
Prices shown are starting prices before GST. Every quote is itemised and you get a proper GST invoice for every payment.
Can you work within a smaller budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget and guest count and we'll suggest the best possible plan, whether that's fewer functions, smart decor choices or vendors at better rates.
Do vendors charge you commission?
We pass on our negotiated vendor rates to you. Our fee is fixed and shown separately, so you always know what you're paying for.
What if we cancel or change the date?
Date changes are free if informed 60+ days ahead, subject to venue and vendor availability. Cancellation terms are written clearly in your agreement.
